Salus offer a free and comprehensive range of return to work services across various sites throughout the UK.
The Salus Return to Work Services model is a vocational rehabilitation model.
This has been developed specifically to help address the needs of individuals with health conditions to remain in or return to work, training or further education.
Current research now shows that returning to or staying in work can improve health and aid recovery from mental or physical health conditions.
Clients are assisted to manage and maintain their condition and may also receive guidance towards possible practical solutions to common but often complex problems such as housing, child care and money management.
Our highly motivated, multidisciplinary team are from varying backgrounds including health sector, financial sector, human resources and health promotion.
Clients may be referred from a variety of sources including primary care, local authority, partnership organisations and self referral.
Our services are available across the following client groups:
- those employed and at risk of absence
- those absent from work
- those who are unemployed and seeking work.
