EASY is the only 'in-house' NHS Absence Management Service in the UK and has been formally evaluated by the University of Glasgow www.gla.ac.uk/media/media_289315_en.pdf
EASY provides support and early intervention to staff from their first day of sickness absence in order to speed up recovery and assist an early return to work.
Our service is completely transferable to any organisation and allows flexibility to be integrated into a Sickness Absence Management Policy.
