All organisations have a duty to provide training against the hazards to which the staff may be exposed while at work.

Types of Salus Training Courses Offered

Fire Safety

Salus can offer various courses, of different frequencies, duration and content from one to three hours, depending on the nature of the employment.

Our Objective is to provide a fire training and awareness service to your employees, who may be at risk from fire.

Manual Handling

Salus can offer various courses are provided, of different frequency duration and content from half a day to two days, depending on the nature of the employment. Our Objective is to provide a training service to employees who may be involved in Manual Handling.

Moving and Handling

Salus can offer various courses are provided, of different frequencies, duration and content from half a day to three days, depending on the nature of the employment. Our Objective is to provide a training service to all employees, who are involved in the care and movement of patients or clients with limited mobility.

Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression

Salus can offer various courses are provided, of different frequencies, duration and content from half a day to three days, depending on the nature of the employment. Our Objective is to provide a training service to employees, who may have contact with public, etc., and may be at risk of aggression or violent behaviour.

General Health and Safety

Salus can offer various courses are provided, of different frequencies, duration and content from a few hours to four days, to deal either with General Health and Safety or specific elements of legislation, depending on the nature of the hazard faced. Our Objective is to provide a training service to employees to enable them to work safely, within the various Health and Safety at Work Health Regulations
