There are several boxes on the health and safety at work poster which should be filled in:

Employee Representative
Place the name and contact details of the person who has been appointed or elected by the employees to represent them on issues relating to health and safety. If no one has been appointed or elected by the employees, and the employer consults directly with the employees, then this box is left blank.
