Pathways to Work is a joint initiative between NHS Lanarkshire and JobCentre Plus.  This new pilot service aims to help people on incapacity benefits get back to work by offering combined employment and health-related support. 

Thissupport is delivered through a voluntary scheme called the ConditionManagement Programme (CMP).  CMP aims to help people on incapacitybenefits better understand and manage their health condition or disability.  This new understanding and ability to manage their condition means that they are better equipped to return to work. 

Saluswill host this new initiative and the CMP Practitioners will be awelcome addition to our multi-disciplinary professional team.
