The EASY Process

How does EASY work?

We will work with your organisation to design a service to meet your business needs, offering a variety of levels of support and intervention.  We will work with your managers, HR teams and your current Occupational Health Provider, or existing support service, to promote a seamlessly efficient and cost effective service. 

  • The employee / line manager calls a free telephone number which is available 24 / 7 on the first day of sickness absence.
  • Our highly trained EASY staff will contact the employee, evidence based support is given and an appropriate onward referral to specialist services will be discussed and a potential return to work date noted.
  • Immediate notification of the staff member's absence is given to the manager.
  • EASY will maintain contact with the staff member, the manager and HR throughout the staff member's absence.
  • When a return to work date is confirmed by the staff member or manager this information is noted and the case closed.
  • We can provide a comprehensive case management service on request. 

Management reports can be tailored and designed to provide you with relevant information on absence rates,  identify trends and hot spots within your organisation.
