Salus have secured further funding until March 2013 for continuation of the service.
Year 1 has proven to be a successful year for WHSS with over 2500 people employed by small to medium sized companies accessing the service.
Analysis of the evaluation outcomes has identified clinically significant improvements in client health status (information to follow).
Going forward in Year 2
- Employers can refer on behalf of their employees (employee consent must be obtained)
- Focus on achieving higher referral rate of clients presenting with Mental Health conditions (50% of overall referrals)
- Focus on achieving higher referral rate of clients absent from work (50% of overall referrals)
